October 2016, Centrifugally Cast AS2027/CR27-HC（Cr27）High Chrome White Iron Angle Valve Throat Liners, totally 4 sets,were delivered to Australia by plane.
1.We adopted centrifugal casting process to make the tubes.
Firstly,casting a whole tube, 1600mm long;
Secondly cut into 4 sections , 380mm long each.The length of the tube is long, the inner wall is thinner, and machining all over. The surface finish is Ra3.2.
2.The hardness of the tubes is more than HRC60 after quenching and tempering. The difficulty of the job is: the hardness is very high, machining is very difficult. We adopted the following process:
2.1Using centrifugal casting process, make the whole tube;
2.2Afer annealing to HRC38, cut the whole tube into four sections;
2.3Rough machining inside and outside and both end faces;
2.4Quenching to HRC60,then do tempering to relieve the stress;
2.5Finish machining the inside, outside and both ends.
3.The castings also need to meet the following conditions:
3.1 Rated pressure not exceeding 2100KPa;
3.2 During the service period, the casting can withstand static load conditions.
4.Chrome White Iron Angle Valve Throat Liner, size: OD579 x ID550x 352,unit weight about 75kg.The tubes have passed X-ray
inspection.Chemical composition and mechanical properties have passed a third-party ISO17025 laboratory examination.
