Application
This machine is mainly composed of conveying system, reversing conveying system, extrusion system,
crushing system, front cover system, water cooling system, granulating system, hydraulic system,
rotating screen control system, etc. The whole body is divided into inner and outer parts; all driving
parts and auxiliary facilities are designed inside the body, the working part in contact with the material
is set outside the operation panel, there are multiple seals in the middle, the working part works in a
completely sealed state, and All parts in contact with materials are convenient for disassembly and
cleaning, effectively preventing dust leakage and avoiding the possibility of pollution.
The machine adopts PLC program control, frequency conversion adjustment technology, and touch
screen display; it is convenient to directly compress powder raw materials into sheet products and then
granulate into granular products. The active ingredients in the materials are not easy to be destroyed,
especially for materials sensitive to moisture and heat.
