In April 2017, we produced Stellite 6 Alloy Castings Centrifuge Wear Parts for our client in USA.
1. There are four types of the parts,the material is Stellite 6.The weight of this part is about 2kg.
2.We adopted investment cast process to make the wear parts.The φ10mm hole of the wear part was directly cast.
3.The customer did not provide clear and complete drawings.Our technical engineer carefully read the drawings and made three-dimensional drawings.We were patient and confirmed the sizes and designs with our customers many times.We modified the patterns according to our customer’s requirements. In order to facilitate the casting process,we increased the fillet of the parts to R2, which will not affect the performance of the parts.The quality of the final cobalt alloy castings has won the recognition of our customer.
