Thai Company Visited Us for Cast Iron Parts
On March 21, 2018, our Thai customer came to visit our plant for discussion of three projects : Cast iron grilles, 316 stainless steel grids and 316L scissor gates for European Metro project. At the first step, the most important thing was to confirm the detailed information of cast iron grille project and to sign the relevant agreements.
We adopt resin sand cast process to produce sound castings with better surface finish and higher size accuracy. The castings to be ordered are about 1 tons per piece.
After taking a tour to our foundry and forging plant, we made a detailed discussion about the cooperation agreement and technical issues.
In the next two days, they came to our office to discuss the technical drawings and final designs.
We will arrange the production of the sample castings this April. The total weight for all parts in the three projects is about 500 tons.
