In March 2017, we produced Jacket Cover cobalt-based alloy castings, delivered to Australia.
1.The material grade for castings: AMS5387C UNS R30006,high temperature alloy.We adopted investment cast process to make the castings.
2.The Jacket Cover casting is about 800mm long and is U-shape, 8mm thick.Each casting is about 35kg.
3.In order to avoid U-shaped deformation, we increased the ribs on both sides of the U-shape, and did cutting after cleaning.
