Inconel 718 Castings,Nickel-Based Alloy Casting Parts,Nickel 718 Castings
Alloy 718 is a high-strength, corrosion-resistant nickel-chromium alloy designed to have both excellent
strength and good manufacturing characteristics. Its welding characteristics, especially its resistance to
cracking after welding, are excellent.
The material is usually provided under solution treatment and precipitation hardening conditions, and its
yield strength exceeds 120 KSI (827Mpa).
Typical applications include aircraft turbine engines and land-based turbines and liquid rocket components
involving low temperatures.
The alloy is also used in various applications for downhole and wellhead components of oil / gas wells. It
is also suitable for fasteners and instrument components.
Remarks:
1. We adopt investment cast process to make the parts.
2. Machining cost is not included if machining is required.
3. The prices are for as cast condition.
