On March 2017, we produced two UmCo50 cobalt-based alloy chute castings, delivered to South Asia.
1.The casting size is 660 x 490 x 300, quantity: 2 pieces, the total weight of about 400kg. The material of the castings: UmCo50, for the high temperature alloy.We adopted sand cast process to make the chute parts.
2.The thickness is 50, The outer surface is a semicircle of radius 220.The lower end needs drill six diameter 20mm holes.We machined the lower end surface to ensure the surface finish Ra 12.5.
3.We did shot blasting to treat the surfaces. We carried out a comprehensive size inspection, and we checked the arc faces with gauges.
